Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado del s\u00e1bado, 30 de marzo, publica el Real Decreto-ley 10\/2019, por el que se prorroga para 2019 el destino del super\u00e1vit de las Entidades Locales para inversiones financieramente sostenibles y recoge otras medidas en relaci\u00f3n con las funciones del personal de las Entidades Locales con habilitaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter nacional.<\/a><\/p>\nEl texto que se adjunta se\u00f1ala adem\u00e1s que, \u201cen el supuesto de que un proyecto de inversi\u00f3n no pueda ejecutarse \u00edntegramente en 2019, la parte restante del gasto autorizado en 2019 se podr\u00e1 comprometer y reconocer en el ejercicio 2020, financi\u00e1ndose con cargo al remanente de tesorer\u00eda de 2019 que quedar\u00e1 afectado a ese fin por ese importe restante y la Corporaci\u00f3n Local no podr\u00e1 incurrir en d\u00e9ficit al final del ejercicio 2020.\u201d<\/p>\n
